Camp notes

If you are paying by childcare voucher or by card your booking must be paid within 2 weeks of your order or your place will be re-advertised. Information about the voucher providers we are registered with can be found here https://skillsupply.co.uk/skillclubs/skill-clubs/
After two weeks, or after the club has started, (which ever is sooner) your booking is final and cannot be refunded. Where possible we can rearrange a booking to a different day during the same holiday period but this is subject to availability. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

Children will need a packed lunch and a refillable bottle and snacks for breaktimes if they wish.
Raincoats, hats and a couple of layers of clothes are a good idea as we will be inside and out (but not your best outfits as you may get a bit grubby!). Full details will be sent out before the start of the clubs but just send us a message at contact@skillsupply.co.uk if you have any questions.

Mon 10th Aug – Sphero Robo-Racing: Code it. Build it. Race it. The ultimate engineering battle.
Tues 11th Aug- Engineering Tarps, Teepees and Domes – Giant outdoor engineering! Build massive structures you can actually play in.
Wed 12th Aug – Crumble Witches & Wizards: Use the Crumble microcontroller to enchant your work—make stars glow and pictures move with just a wave of your wand.
Thurs 13th Aug – Stop Motion animation: Become a director for the day! Whether it’s Lego, clay, or hand-drawn art, you’ll learn the secrets of stop-motion to bring your imagination to life.
Fri 14th Aug – SCCSI – Skill Clubs Crime Scene Investigation: A crime has been committed and we need you to solve it! Dust for fingerprints, analyse samples, and use real forensic science to track down the culprit.

Mon 17th Aug – Code Cars: Step into the driver’s seat of our most advanced (and cutest!) robot cars. Use code, cards, line-drawing and more to get your car to navigate a town.
Tues 18th – Film-making: Work in a production team to write your script, direct the action, and star in your very own movie.
Wed 19th Aug – FPV Drone Flying Skills: Practice precision line-of-sight flying before switching to First Person View (FPV) to zip through our challenging aerial obstacle course.
Thurs 20th Aug – Engineering Simple Machines: Investigate the gears, pulleys, and levers that make life easier then build and test your own mechanical inventions.
Fri 21st Aug – Sphero RVR+ Blueprint: The RVR+ meets Blueprint! Modify, armour up, and transform your robot into a custom-built machine.
